HMMM... I AM IN THE SPIRIT!!!

"I am in the spirit; He's in the Spirit; She's in the Spirit..."
This has become a common statement in the church and many other religious centers today. Pastors will say, "Brethren, I am in the Spirit and I urge to you to also be in the Spirit"; the praise/worship leader will also say this; in meetings and other solemn gatherings, you hear the words frequently. Probably, the same was told to the lady I posted in my Instagram page few days ago, who seem to be taking a selfie in the spirit.
This words is especially common to people who are closer to mounting the pulpit, you hear the words from there when they seem to be ministering, displaying some sort of gymnastics before their audience (permit me to use that), something like the sample picture above, but does all this really define BEING IN THE SPIRIT?
See what I caught yesterday, hence willing to share... Romans 9:5 - "You, however, are not in the flesh but in the Spirit, IF IN FACT, the Spirit of God DWELLS in you..."
Therefore, be not deceived neither deceive yourself or anyone; it is not a show of environmental solemnity or spiritual gymnastics, it is a thing of spiritual sincerity to God and to yourself... IS THE SPIRIT IF GOD "DWELLING" IN YOU?
